I practice Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. Research has found EFT to be one of the most effective types of couple therapy. Together we will explore your negative patterns, find new ways of expressing your needs and help you feel more supported.
My experience as a Chaplain at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center provides me with expertise in helping people of all faiths and backgrounds cope with grief, illness, trauma and existential issues.
